Sign Up for E-mail

The school is finding that e-mail is a convenient way to communicate for many parents, and the weekly newsletter is now available via e-mail, along with other information such as PTAF event information. 

 

Over 60% of parents are now signed up at Colston's - but to make it work we need your e-mail address too!

 

There are three major benefits of being able to contact parents by email:

 

-  Newsletters and notes cannot get misplaced or buried at the bottom of school bags

-  We can, cost effectively, send you more regular information

-  We reduce the amount of paper we use

 

The system is operated by ParentMail, who supply email systems to hundreds of other UK schools. Please be assured that the ParentMail service is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and guarantees that all information supplied will be kept completely private, and that there is no advertising associated with the scheme.

 

You can send us your details by either of two ways:

 

1. By completing the form available from the school office
2. By emailing   newsletter@colstons-pri.bristol.sch.uk   with the following details: Parents name(s), Child's (or children's) name(s), and Class(es)

 

You can register up to four email addresses per family if necessary.
